Business Intelligence Solutions Provider Jedox Takes Top Spot in CSat Survey

European Business Intelligence solutions provide Jedox took first place in an elaborate CSat survey conducted by the highly regarded   Business Application Research Center (BARC).

We take note of both the way in which Jedox achieved this milestone as well as the depth of the survey conducted by BARC.

Jedox Builds Competitive Strength Via Multi Level Strengths

Not surprisingly, Jedox managed to outdo big players like Oracle by building competitive strength in multiple areas:

1. Product strength: noted for its flexibility and adaptability in a range of project management situations, Jedox is favoured by customers as their BI tool

2. Ancillary strengths: among the leaders for lowest Cost per Seat, product satisfaction, project length, and agility

3. Customer support: noted for both strength of service and training and instruction during ramp periods

Overall response rate was very high among Jedox customers, giving the company further indication of its positive standing among customers.

BARC CSat Survey Takes Wide View

Seeking to provide the industry with a clear picture of both satisfaction levels and the factors driving them, BARC undertook a multi faceted survey which reached beyond product strength to areas like pricing / value and implementation and support satisfaction levels
